The staff are all-round excellent - nothing is too much trouble for them. They are all very polite, well-mannered, smart and attentative without being in your face. They go out of their way to help you and obviously take a great pride in their work, which shows.

This is the second visit to this restaurant and I have to say it was fantastic.May I thank the lady who is in charge of the restaurant/hotel, she was very attentive during our visit and I find this a nice touch when visiting an establishment.

Really warm and welcoming smile on arrival and it never stopped, we stayed in room 5 which was clean airy and bright, nice place lovely stay.

We were allocated Room No 1 inside the hotel. It looked newly refurbished, everything you could ask for.The staff were friendly.The bar is very well stocked in spirits and wine and reasonably priced. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

I recently visited Loftsome Bridge for a meal with a group of friends. I didn't stay over but felt the need to review the food! We had the mid week set menu at £19.95 and it was wonderful.

Everything was perfect, I simply can't fault this hotel and I have stayed in some very highly rated hotels in Europe. We had dinner, 4 courses for just under £30, wonderful if you can eat it all!
