About Our Hotel

Nestling alongside the tranquil River Derwent lies Loftsome Bridge Coaching House.

Dating back to 1782, the Coaching Inn as it was known, offered food and shelter to travellers for more than a century. It then became a working farm and guest house. After several years of painstaking restoration, we would like to continue the tradition and offer food

and accommodation to the twenty first century traveller.
